Wow! okay so New Year means New Resolutions to a better you and
implement changes that will FORGE a brand new way of doing
things. If this means Eating Right, Exercising, Branching out for a new look,
Finding your inner zen, than there are ways to reach your goals. Relaxation
and meditation are quite useful in these early weeks of January with a spot
of reflection. Make sure you snap on your thinking caps and revive your spirit
for 2010~~~ best wishes. -Ariane

Planning Your Food Intake Ahead of Time

Every morning before work or school, make a LIST
of things you WANT to eat and NEED to eat for the day.
LOOK at your 'want' list and ask yourself what is
JUNK or what is really HEALTHY.. and take out anything marked JUNK!!
According to the level of workout you chose on this day {or for the week},
whether it's cardio or weight training ..
Revise your list on the back of that same sheet ALL your breakfast,
lunch, and dinner based off essential needs (vitamins, energy source,
and nutrients) & all that you marked HEALTHY. Diary/journal
the caloric intake and the liquids you drink.
If you stick to a plan, results are soon to FOLLOW :)

This morning, I felt re-newed. I know there's a turning point in me, and I'm ready for all of life's challenges. :D Just need to clip the old wings-- and find some thing new to kickstart me on this journey. beauty and wellness :)
